Where to even begin..... I had myself so jaxed up before the episode started, total fear, would we lose most of our beloved character??? When the episode started I found myself alternately crying and yelling at the action. The action came so fast and furious I wasn't processing properly. Sick with worry for all our beloved characters and the dragons and Ghost. When the episode ended I was completely worn out and not 100% sure what all accured. I was in shock!! I couln't go to sleep, laid there processing what I had watched and forming the true causality list. By the time I did drop off to sleep I realized although the causalities were huge, we had not lost a large number of our beloved characters.
RIP
We lost Edd saving Sam. We loved Edd because he had the best dry seance of humor. Edd always had his pithy comments, that would make us laugh or at least smile. RIP Edd, it was good know you.
Little Lyanna Mormont! So small, cute, feisty and determined. Lyanna was a joy to watch and she made us smile and laugh. Lyanna was feisty to her end, taking out the Giant and saving 100's. RIP, we loved knowing you.
Beric was a good man, always willing to fight for the people. He captured Arya, but he never meant her harm. The Lord of Light kept bringing him back to make sure that Arya lived to fulfill her mission. He fought well and died well. RIP! Beric you were a good man and we enjoyed your journey.
Theon you reclaimed yourself and died the man you wished to become. You slayed Reek and all your doubts and fears. Theon fought hard to the very end and it was hard and emotional to lose him. He did redeem himself and selflessly protected Bran with his life. We loved you and hated you, but in the end love won out. We are so sorry to lose you, but you imprinted on our hearts. What is dead may never die!! RIP!!!
Ser Jorah, your death nearly killed me as well, you were such a lovely man. Jorah willed himself to keep fighting when any other man would have fallen. He would not leave Dany unprotected. Jorah's death still haunts me this morning. We always loved you and rooted for you till the final moment. Jorah Mormont was all that is good!!! RIP sweet Jorah!!!!!
Melisandra, you were creepy and wrong most of the time, but you finally got it right at the end. Your death was appropriate, you had to answer for Shareen. Mel wasn't loved, but she did keep the story interesting. RIP!!
The Knight's King! You caused death and mayhem and scared us all to death, but it was time for you to go. Our Wolf Girl shattered you into a million pieces. Good Riddance!!!!
We also lost all of the Dothraki and most of the Unsullied. If Rhaegal isn't dead he is badly wounded. The Wicked Witch of King's Landing now has the larger army.....
This post is already to long, but I can't stop with out acknowledging Arya Stark, Faceless Man, Wolf Girl, Assassin and Slayer of the Knight's King!!!!! Bran knew all along, he knew when he gave her the dagger. When Mel first arrived and she stopped and looked at Arya, I noticed, but was wrapped up in the action, I didn't process it. Not until they spoke at the end, you will kill "brown eyes, green eyes and Blue Eyes". "What do we say to the God of Death"? "Not today". It was then I realized it was always Arya who was meant to kill The Knight's King. I nearly had a heart attack watching her get in and out of one near death after another. The hound came back to himself to save her and Beric gave his last life to protect her. Long live Arya Stark!!! Love, Love, Love you Arya!!!!!
There is still so many points, but enough for now......

after watching the episode, I couldn't help thinking it was perfect! the best episode I've ever seen ever! I also began to suspect she had an important role to play when the red woman asked her what do we say to the god of death. then when I realized she has so many people protecting her and guiding her all these years and all the training she has been given, and how strong has been through it all. When it happened, it felt like it came out of left field, but was absolutely perfect that she killed the night king! she's been training for it all her life and from now on she will be respected and admired as a warrior, which she deserves..
rest in peace Theon.. man, did you see all the wights he put down?! He redeemed himself and died knowing that he was loved and accepted. what a jorney! gotta go to dialysis now. I will rewatch and wright more later..

I wrote a bunch and lost it!
In summary: When the show started, the first 10 minutes were agonizingly slow to me. It picked up after that.
Go Arya!!! Her leaping through the air at the Night King so reminded me of when she killed Trant.
Bran plays his part so beautifully. It was so gracious and kind the way he eased Theon into his death. Theon was ready. He had done all he could. Thank you Theon.
Lyanna Mormont's death was an enormous surprise to me. But the tiny little thing was so huge last night!!
It was so heartbreaking to see Kaleesie saying goodbye to Jorah. He was wonderful.
I loved seeing Tyrion and Sansa in the crypts together. Thrilled that Ser Davos will have a little girl to take care of.
Delores Edd was a favorite of mine too! I will miss him.
But..... will we??
Because.... "What is dead may NEVER DIE" What the hell does that mean?
Still have 3 episodes left. Hopefully they can rid the Seven Kingdoms of Cercei quicker than the Night King!
The four of us (and all you visitors) are really going to miss this show.

all these folks complaining, it was Ara and saying it didn't fit and she didn't earn it.
horse raddish! her whole life has preparing and earning this moment. She was born to be a great warrior. Training only goes so far, it was in her blood. Plus she had folks protecting her and teaching her ever since she left Kings Landing, the hound, the brotherhood, even the lannasters for a bit, and Brean, her dancing instructor from Bravos, the guy from the house of black, who did I miss?
I belive she was chosen..

I belive she was chosen.. Very well said DW. I completely agree. Why did she go on this long journey if not to use the skills she had spent 7 years honing. It had to be a Stark and she got there before Aejon. Yes, it does seem she was chosen!! It seems fandom is split 60/40 60% agree and 40% thought it had to be Dany or Aejon. No shade on Dany, but it never seemed like it would be her, to me. It always seemed it had to be a Stark. Anyway you can never satisfy everyone, right??
Looking ahead, there is a huge war with Cersei the next two episodes. Looks like both Dragons are flying next episode, so that is the only advantage the good guys have against the Wicked Witch. It seems like this battle will be the emotional, toll taking last battle. I'm expecting betrayals, heartbreaking emotional deaths and maybe a few satisfactory twists.
Only 3 episodes left and it is over forever.....I'm not ready to say goodbye!!!!!

I was thinking that Drogon had died. then I remember he wasn't on that list I found. So, I googled and read an article that pointed out that two dragons are in the next episodes preview.
They sure seem to escape death a lot. God Luv em. leave us with some cliffhangers..

How man have and then did again last night. one went down for her, the Hound fought for her, the red woman asked her what do we tell the God of Death, that really did inspire her to push herself ect
It all makes sense now. The Red Woman was Nissa Nissa. her purpose all these years was to light up a BUNCH of swords! That was quite a site to see! She has waited a long time to go to her rest. RIP and never burn little girls again! You evil Witch!
